This year’s Energy Breakthrough wasn’t just a test of endurance and innovation, with the thousands of students, teachers, event organisers and volunteers being tested by the horrific weather conditions on Thursday. Well, it was a day of wild weather in Marybrough on Thursday 21 November 2019 - but the teams that were able to make it to Maryborough battled through the wind and heat in good spirits. Thanks to everyone from the students, teachers, support staff, judges, volunteer crews, camping coordinators and medical and emergency services for pulling together to safely get through the day.
