Firstly, congratulations for making it this far! Our 2025 Event Manual provides our Team Managers with all the essential details and links you need to prepare to arrive onsite for this year’s Energy Breakthrough. 

The success of the event relies on our wonderful Team Managers staying informed and sharing key information with your team members, fellow Team Managers at your school, parents, and support staff. You are welcome and encouraged to forward this Event Manual to others in your school community so you can share the load with others.

VENUE ACCESS REMINDERS:

  • To ensure a safe setup, the Event Site will be CLOSED to schools prior to 1pm on Tuesday 18 November.
  • Please note, there will be NO VEHICLE ACCESS to the camping areas inside Track 1, including Jubilee Oval and the Tennis Bay campgrounds, during the Practice and Trial sessions.
