The wait is nearly over!
Entries for the 2013 RACV Energy Breakthrough will open at 9am, Eastern Daylight Savings Time on Wednesday, 6 March, 2013.

After the great success of last year’s program, we are truly hoping that the 23rd edition will be even better. But of course to do that, we need YOU – students and teachers from across Victoria and beyond – to enter and take up the challenge.

We’re also looking to offer our Holden Mentor Program and the Motors, Mentors & Money: the Electric Vehicle Incentive packages again for participating schools. (Just as a little bonus).

2013 Entry Fees

Innovations in Technology entries – $25 per team (Up to a maximum of $100 for 5 or more teams)
Pushcart entries – $230 per team
Human Powered Vehicle (HPV) entries – $380 per team
Try-athlon entries – $380 per team
Energy Efficient Vehicles & Hybrid entries – $380 per team
Handbook, Rules & Regulations: coming soon

We’re just putting the finishing touches on this year’s School’s Handbook, which will include all of the information on the categories, rules, regulations and activities. We can at least tell you there haven’t been any wholesale changes this year.
We anticipate this will be available for download prior to Entries opening.

Existing Account Holders

Team managers who used the system in 2012 will be able to log-in with their existing accounts. This retains all of the contact details and team details from previous years.

Existing team managers should not create a new account – you will be emailed your existing username prior to entries opening. You can also request your password at anytime using the ‘Forgotten Password’ link.

All existing Team Managers are encouraged to double-check and ensure your contact details are correct or updated if required from your 2012 entries.

New Accounts
New team managers – or Team Managers who don’t have an existing account – can create their online account at any time before or after entries open. (Even right now if you really want too). This will allow you to enter in your school and contact details.
