Flag Marshals play a very important role in the safe conduct of the Energy Breakthrough on track competition. They are the EYES and EARS around the track and the first port of call when accidents happen.
Our Flag Marshals deal with incidents, communicate with other marshals, and follow Clerk of Course directions. It might sound like a big job, but we’ve prepared some Marshal Training Materials here to help you get ready to do your best in a safe and effective way at the Energy Breakthrough
At least two marshals will be rostered on from participating schools at any time during track competition – and you will need to work together to carry out the role properly.
All Marshals must be at least 18 years of age.
All Marshals must hold a valid Working With Childrens’ Check.
