UPDATES TO TRAILERS IN PIT AREAS

We have reviewed our Pit Trailer policy upon a site inspection this morning and will now be permitting pit trailers to be ‘hand rolled’ into pit areas on-site EXCEPT for Pit 2A on the front straight of Track 2.

Schools must drive along the track (no vehicles on grassed areas), un-hitch, and then roll their vehicles into position.

Please follow the direction of EB Staff and Volunteers upon arriving to site to ensure trailers are offloaded safely.

POWER AT ALTERNATIVE CAMPTISTES

Generators and/or alternative power arrangements are being implemented for schools who are required to camp at the Salvation Army site OR the EB Central Site.

PARKING AT SALVATION ARMY CAMPSITE

Unfortunately, there will still be no parking on the grassed area at the Salvation Army Camp Site.
It is still very wet and getting bogged remains a risk. We are exploring parking close by to the site

FINDING YOUR NEW CAMPSITE

To view your school’s camping spot, Team Managers are requested to log-in to their EB online account. This may still be showing your original location, as these are still being updated.
