2020 Handbooks released!

The 2020 Energy Breakthrough Schools Handbooks are now available to download!

The different Handbooks offer key information for each of the categories: Innovations In Technology, Pushcarts, Human Powered Vehicles, Tryathlon and Energy Efficient Vehicles.

2020 Entry Fees (inc GST)

Innovations in Technology – $40 per team
Pushcarts – $360 per team
Human Powered Vehicles (HPVs) – $600 per team
Energy Efficient Vehicles (EEVs) – $600 per team
Tryathlon – $600 per team

All fees include GST.

Entries Open:

HPV Primary: Tuesday 17th March 2020 – 8AM
HPV Secondary and EEV: Wednesday 18th March 2020 – 8AM
Tryathlon, Pushcarts & Innovations in Technology: Thursday 19th March 2020 – 8AM

Lachy probably never knew what he was in for when he first volunteered to help out on the Holden Stage at the 2009 RACV Energy Breakthrough. Whilst he participated in the Innovations in Technology category back in 2005, he has been on the 'other side of the fence' ever since and now manages the event's website, wifi network and Holden Stage. Away from the Energy Breakthrough, Lachy is heavily involved in the local Maryborough community across events, community radio and theatre and he was nominated for the for the Saward Dawson Community Service and Volunteering award in 2013.
